MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports and martial arts from around the world.
MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.
Warrior Conditioning
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles.
BOXING
Boxing is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves and other protective equipment such as hand wraps and mouth guards, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
BJJ is a self defence martial art and combat sport that focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokes.

HIIT
High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods
